These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Coaching the Elite mobile application (the “App”), which is powered by HighLevel. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the App.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up-to-date.
All content and materials in the App—including text, graphics, logos, and coaching materials—are the property of Coaching the Elite or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.
The information and services provided through the App are intended for educational and self-improvement purposes. They are

a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for personal concerns or emergencies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coaching the Elite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App. Use of the App is at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coaching the Elite, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted in the App or communicated via email. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
